1) The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process, meaning that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process.
2) Submitted manuscripts will conduct an initial screening by plagiarism checker.
3) Submitted manuscripts are reviewed by an APET Scientific Technical Committee that covers the topic of the manuscript.
4) Submissions are rated by the committee members based on (i) originality (ii) design novelty (iii) advancement within the field and (iv) technical quality. Authors should provide clear evidence of what is novel in their work and/or the extent to which it advances the state-of-the-art. Many submissions will be stronger in novelty or advancement, so both are equally weighted by the committee. A high level of technical quality and clarity is a requirement for all submissions.

Accepted papers will be includeded in conference proceedings, submitted for inclusion into major database and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, etc.
Authors are encouraged to use APET paper templates to format manuscripts.
Normal registration consists of 6 pages of publication, including references. Manuscripts exceed 6 pages will be charged additionally with 70USD/per page. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the Manuscript Formatting and Templates.
Authors are encouraged to submit previously unpublished contributions in any area related to power and electrical technology.
For papers that you do not want to publish but willing to be presented and discussed at the conference, please submit an abstract for presentation only. The abstract will not be published, but will be included in the conference program book.
The Program Committee may change the presentation type submitted to ensure the continuity of the conference programme i.e. oral presentation may be changed to poster presentation OR poster presentation to oral presentation. The Presenter will be informed of any change to their submitted type. The decision of the program committee is final.
